I only accept payment through PayPal.
Payment needs to be upfront! I won't start a commission until I get paid. This is to prevent getting scammed, I'm sorry if this is an inconvienence.
I can give refunds up until I'm done with the sketch phase, once this is completed, refunds will no longer be an option.
Purchasers may use the artwork for personal use only by default, commercial usage comes with a fee of €10.
I reserve the right to discontinue or decline your commission, when this happens you'll get a full refund if you've already paid.
If you share the commission anywhere, please give credit! (This doesn't apply to profile pictures or commercial commissions)
You're not allowed to use my artwork for NFT's, crypto, AI generations etc.

By paying me, you agree to my terms of service.
All communication will happen through whatever means you prefer (Twitter DMs, Instagram DMs and Discord is prefered),
I will send you progress images of each phase (sketch, line art, coloring, shading). I won't continue the commission without your approval of each phase. When your commission is done, I'll send the final files through e-mail to ensure max quality.Revisions are allowed during the sketching phase, I only do small revisions afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
How do additional characters work?
An additional character will cost +50% of the base prices listed above.
What is considered a complex prop?
Any complicated looking prop that your character will be holding or is in frame. Accessories on the character, like headphones, don't fall in this category.
What is considered a complex background?
A commission will automatically come with a simple background (or other options if requested). If you want a highly detailed background (like an environment) you'll have to pay extra as this requires a lot of work from my side.
What is a commercial fee?
When my artwork is used to make profit, you'll pay a commercial fee. This can be in the form of merchandise, book cover art, T-shirt designs etc. Commercial commissions will not have my watermark on them (however this doesn't give you the right to claim it as your own creation). Streaming assets don't fall under this category!
What sizes do your emotes come in?
You'll get the original high res size (3000px) along with resized versions for Twitch. These sizes are 112px, 56px and 28px. It is recommended to upload emotes at 112px for Twitch.
If I'm not happy with the final product can I get a refund?
No, I'll make sure it won't get to that stage, since I'll be updating you through all phases. If it somehow does happen that you're dissatisfied with the final piece, I can always make some small changes!

Emotes
Earlier this year I started experimenting with making emotes. I had the idea to turn some of my favorite video game characters into emotes for streamers. I'm really happy with how it turned out so that's why I'm selling these emote packs on Etsy for everyone to use!
My 'Sable Ward' emotes have been delisted from my shop. I got copyright striked and I'm trying to resolve the issue. Once I resolve this issue I plan to re-upload them as soon as I can. I apologize for the inconvenience!
